Warranty

Unless otherwise established, a limited 1-year, one-time warranty applies to all parts sold by American CV, a World of Powersports™ company.

Some parts, such as axle boots, do not come with a warranty. Others come with a manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer warranties are to be handled through the manufacturer, and not ATV Parts Connection.

All parts are guaranteed to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty herein covers one repair or replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the cost of the part purchased. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For all warranty claims, the buyer is required to return the defective part(s). Upon return, the part(s) will be inspected, and the claim will be completed by American CV.

Up to 90 days after the original date of purchase, American CV will provide a pre-paid shipping label for warranty returns. Beyond 90 days, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Most products are designed and intended for jobber purposes.

Instruction manuals may not be included - installation by a professional is highly recommended to avoid damage to the product.

Damage due to improper installation may void warranty.

Under no circumstances will the warranty exceed the amount of the original sale.

Warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, or consequential or subsequent damages.

Warranty is null and void when used on vehicles for racing purposes and on vehicles used beyond the stated limit (where applicable)

e.g., Caiman Rugged Terrain (OE replacement) axles are not intended for use on lifted vehicles of any kind, but the MONSTER AXLES XP series are. Using our OE replacement axles with any lift kit will void the warranty.

Warranty is non-transferable.

Replacement warranty parts will be sent to the original shipping address provided with the original purchase unless alternative arrangements are explicitly arranged.

On all warranty claims, the purchaser is responsible for providing the original sales ticket number.
