RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or wish to return it for whatever reason, we accept free-to-you returns up to 90 days beyond the original date of purchase.
If your purchase was through another website (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc) we ask that you use that website to process your return.
Beyond 90 days, we may still accept returns of new products. However, the cost of shipping will fall to you- the buyer.
Items returned in a broken or otherwise unusable condition are eligible for a warranty claim to be repaired or replaced (for any warranty items) but may not be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility is to be determined by us, American CV.
