Shipping & Returns


Most of our orders are shipped from our primary location in Ballston Spa, NY. We will also fulfill some orders from an alternate warehouse in CA, IL or NC. Any questions about shipping time or an item’s availability should be addressed before item is purchased. If you do not see the shipping choice you prefer at checkout, please call us so we can add it for you. We do our best to get any orders placed before 3 pm out the same day excluding weekends and holidays. We ship Monday through Friday. Any emails sent about changing an order, may not be received before item is sent. It is always best to call in these cases. 518-884-9431

Tracking numbers are emailed to you when your order is shipped.

For International Orders, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier when the item is delivered. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed for international deliveries. We cannot be responsible for packages not received within the estimated time. Please contact us if your item is not delivered when you believe it should be so we can help you locate the item.


All customers wishing to return an item, either for refund or exchange, must obtain an RMA number within 30 days from the original purchase date. You can do so by emailing us at or calling us at 518-884-9431. Please be sure to return the part in new condition and in the original box. If the part has been damaged or any pieces are missing, please contact us prior to sending so we can help you determine the best course of action. Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned goods.
